Vandalia Health Network is excited to announce the launch of its FREE 15-week health and wellness program, FARMacy, specifically for Vandalia Health Davis Medical Center patients. Regular weekly classes will meet from 10:00 a.m. to noon on Tuesdays at Orchard Hall.

Who should join?
Any Davis Medical Center patient with diabetes who has an HbA1c at or above 7%, a BMI at or above 30 and may also identify as having food insecurity. The program seeks eligible participants who are interested in healthier living and taking control of their health in a supportive, community-focused environment!
