It was my absolute joy and honor to be at yesterday. Thank you to everyone who stopped by for a free mini-session, and thank you to those of you who made a donation to . I was doing treatments almost nonstop from 11:30 to 2:30 and I loved meeting each of you! I cannot overstate how lovely the atmosphere was, and how wonderfully diverse the crowd was. It was my privilege to provide a safe and welcoming space for each beautiful soul on my table.

I want to reiterate my belief that optimal health is not just about numbers on a scale or a lab report. It is also about how you feel in your own skin, how you nourish your emotional state, and how your spirit is supported by your community in the best and worst of times. We all deserve the same care and compassion and opportunity. A healthy society depends on the ability of EVERY person to make informed decisions for themselves free of judgment and condemnation. I will support and fight for that right no matter who you are.

Starting next week, these will be my updated hours. If you are interested in a Saturday appointment, please call/text/DM and I will let you know my availability! I am trying to keep weekends flexible for events and family commitments, but if I am free I will get you in!
Sunday & Tuesday: Closed

Wednesday & Friday: 11 am to 5 pm
