Elkins Rehabilitation & Care Center ERCC has a long tradition of excellent care, from our original location in downtown Elkins to our current facility on the Beverly Five Lane.

Elkins Rehabilitation & Care Center is a 111-bed, short- and long-term nursing care and rehabilitation facility. We deliver care to those who who are recovering from injury or illness and those who may need assistance transitioning to the later stages of life. Our staff includes more than 75 nursing professionals who work with physicians to provide a full-range of skilled and intermediate care. We

are the only inpatient and outpatient facility in Randolph County to offer a full-service rehabilitation unit for physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy.

We are so proud of the fact that we have received our fifth star from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. We know that we are a five-star CMS facility because of the hard work of our employees and that hard work starts with excellent leadership. So, Tara Shaver, Administrator, took Administration, Leadership Team, and Supervisors out to the Oxley House to celebrate this achievement. Thank you for your hard work!

We are so very happy to announce that the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services has awarded us a fifth star. This coveted five-star designation is given to the top 10 percent of nursing homes in the state. We are very proud of our ERCC family and all the hard work that went into accomplishing this achievement.
