We provide behavioral health services, childcare, education, and family resources to children and families in Randolph, Barbour, Pocahontas, Tucker, Upshur, and Lewis Counties! Hours of Operation

Behavioral Health Services: Monday - Friday, 8:30AM - 5:30PM

Home Ties Child Care and Development Center: Monday - Friday, 6:45AM - 5:30PM

Strengthening Families Resource Center: 8:30AM - 5:00PM

Closed: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, Forest Festival Friday, and Black Friday.
