She has multiple hours of training in nutrition, and acupuncture in addition to her chiropractic education. She also utilizes NET (neuro emotional technique) to assess and eliminate emotional issues that are stuck in tissue. She uses SOT and diversified, to correct imbalances structurally. Essential oils and bach flowers are part of her repertoire, as well as supplementation and dietary suggestions. Cranial-sacral technique is also a part of every treatment. When working with both adults and children, Dr. Shepard is respectful of their needs and fears.
