Maiden Spring Healthcare Services and ThriveWell Therapy Inc. are seeking compassionate, skilled Physical Therapists to provide personalized, in-home therapy for our self-pay clients across Baltimore and surrounding areas.
If you’re passionate about helping clients regain strength, mobility, and independence in a comfortable setting, we’d love to connect.
Position Details:
• Role: In-home Physical Therapist (1099 or contract)
• Location: Baltimore, MD and nearby counties
• Schedule: Flexible hours, part-time or full-time
• Compensation: Competitive self-pay rates; paid per visit
Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver hands-on therapy focused on recovery, mobility, and wellness
• Document progress and communicate with agency team as needed
• Provide respectful, empowering care in clients’ homes
Requirements:
• Active Maryland PT license
• CPR certification
• Reliable transportation
• Experience with home health or outpatient care preferred
• Strong communication and time management skills
