Do you know your numbers?

Understanding your health starts with knowing what to track and what’s covered. Monitoring these 5 key numbers can help you stay ahead and make the most of your preventive care benefits:

✔️ Blood Pressure: 120/80 mmHg or lower
✔️ Cholesterol: Total under 200 | LDL under 100 | HDL 60+
✔️ Triglycerides: Less than 150 mg/dL
✔️ Blood Sugar (fasting): 70–99 mg/dL
✔️ A1C: Less than 5.7%

Routine blood work tied to your annual check-up is often covered as preventive care when you visit an in-network provider helping you monitor these numbers at no cost and catch potential issues early.

Small steps like scheduling your yearly checkup, staying active, and eating well can make a big impact on your overall health.

Knowing what to limit is the first step toward making healthier choices for you and your family. 💙
