Scoliosis is a chronic spinal condition that often results in discomfort, misalignment, and even difficulty breathing. While yoga isn’t a cure for scoliosis, it can provide powerful support by helping to lengthen, strengthen, and balance the muscles around the spine.

In this workshop, Lucy Lomax will guide you through:
✔️ Understanding scoliosis and how it affects alignment
✔️ Learning how to adapt common yoga poses for spinal asymmetry
✔️ Exploring breath awareness to ease compression
✔️ Creating space and stability to reduce discomfort
