The CHAMP IS HERE!!! 🏆 BIG shoutout to Beth Prodoehl for bringing home the belt in today's fight! She did amazing!! 2 years ago she decided to step into a sport she had never trained in before and today...she comes home a Champion!!!

It is never to late to go after your dreams and take your health and fitness goals to the next level! So when you see her beaming in the gym from ear to ear just know she has put in the WORK to earn that smile!!!

Special Shoutout to Beth Prodoehl aka "The Bull" as she competes in her first official Boxing Match this Saturday at the Masters Boxing Tournament in Atlantic city! She is fight #22 and fighting in ring 2. If you see her in the gym, make sure to let her know that you are rooting for her this weekend!
