🌍 Peers in Action: Caring for Our Community 💜

This week (just like every week – 7 days strong! 💪) our Voices of Hope peers were out walking through the community, lending a hand and cleaning up.

As a community-based organization, we believe it’s important to not only offer support and resources, but also to be present and give back to the neighborhoods we serve. Every community clean up is another way we show that recovery, hope, and community go hand in hand. 🙌

🎉 🦆 QUACK ATTACK UPDATE- Only a Few More Days Left! 🦆 🎉

Duck lovers and rubber-racer wannabes—listen up! Our annual Rubber Ducky Race is waddling closer, and we just plain can’t wait to launch these speedy beaks down Elk Creek.

🎉 Bag half the pot if your duck’s the fastest floater

🏡 Flash-back to home vibes: half the funds go to revitalizing our Recovery Houses

So get your ducks now—they’re on sale for 1 month only—and get ready for the most ridiculous river race in town. 🐣

Still feeling the weight and the warmth from Sunday’s overdose vigils. To everyone who showed up — whether in body or spirit — thank you. Your presence was a reminder that we are not alone in this fight.

To those we've lost, we carry you. To those still here, we stand with you. And to those holding on, we see your strength.💜✊💜

Endless gratitude to the communities that continue to show up, speak out, and stay strong. Together, we turn grief into purpose and pain into power. 💕

Special thanks to the incredible photographer, Kerry Paradis Photography 📷 for capturing these powerful moments with such care and beauty. Every photo tells a story — of those we’ve lost and those still fighting.

⚾💜Recovery Night at Ripken 💜⚾

Last Saturday was something special ✨ A beautiful evening at Ripken stadium filled with sunsets, laughter, and stories of strength and hope. We came together as a community—families, friends, and individuals on the journey of recovery to celebrate resilience and support one another.

From first pitches to high fives, it was more than just a game, it was a reminder that recovery is possible, and no one walks this path alone. 💪🙌💪

Huge thanks to everyone who came out, cheered loud, and made this night unforgettable. Here's to the IronBirds for the wonderful host, healing, home runs, and brighter days ahead! 🌤
