Andi Geary, MPT, Cert.

Conveniently located off of interstate 79 in Elkview WV, just 9 miles north of Charleston city limits. What we do: We specialize in post surgical rehabilitation, neck and back pain, sports injuries, balance retraining, joint pain, sports specific training, and custom "in house" orthotics. MDT, ATC, is a 1998 honors graduate from West Virginia University with a Masters in Physical Therapy. She graduated from University of Charleston with a BS in Sports Medicine and passed the national exam to become a certified athletic trainer. In 2007, she completed her post graduate course work to become certified in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy. Kaitlin Lowery, DPT

We are so grateful to you, our patients, and community for always trusting us with your care. We hope this holiday season is full of family, delicious food, and joy! Keep in mind, we are closed today December 25th, but will reopen Friday Dec 26th at 8AM. We are looking forward to another amazing year of therapy in 2026!

Our Story

What we do: We specialize in post surgical rehabilitation, neck and back pain, sports injuries, balance retraining, joint pain, long term rehabilitative and prehabilitative service, maintenance care, transitional programs for current patients, sports specific, injury prevention training, and custom "in house" orthotics. Who we are: Andi Geary, MPT, Cert. MDT, ATC, is a 1998 honors graduate from West Virginia University with a Masters in Physical Therapy. She graduated from University of Charleston with a BS in Sports Medicine and passed the national exam to become a certified athletic trainer. In 2007, she completed her post graduate course work to become certified in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy. Ashley Mitchell, DPT, is a 2011 graduate from West Virginia University with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. She graduated from West Virginia University with a BS in Exercise Physiology with emphasis in Aquatic Therapy and certificate in gerontology in 2008. She became certified by the American Arthritis Foundation to instruct Aquatic Therapy classes in 2007.

Heather Galloway, DPT, ATC is a 2016 Honors graduate from Marshall University with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy. She also graduated from University of Charleston with a Bachelor’s and passed the national certification exam to become a certified athletic trainer. Heather also possesses a Master’s Degree in Health and Physical Education from Marshall. In 2016 she received the Outstanding Research Award from Marshall University School of Physical Therapy and the Outstanding Academic Achievement Award. Heather joined EVPT in 2016.
