If you haven’t been by this week, our new treadmill has been delivered and installed! New tanning bed bulbs will be installed by the end of the weekend. Summer is around the corner, so come by to see us!

The gym was BUSY this week — and we loved it.

We had several new members walk through our doors, classes full of energy, and that contagious feeling you get when people decide it’s time to take care of themselves.

But here’s something important we want to share

Progress in fitness doesn’t come from going “all in” for one week.
It comes from:
• Showing up when motivation is low
• Choosing consistency over intensity
• Doing the basics really, really well

You don’t need:
❌ Perfect workouts
❌ Extreme diets
❌ 7 days a week

You do need:
✅ A plan you can stick to
✅ Accountability
✅ A place where you feel supported

That’s what we’re building here — not just workouts, but habits that last.

If this week reminded us of anything, it’s that starting is brave… and staying consistent is powerful.
