Amy was recognized for the value of justice, as she takes time to truly get to know each resident, advocating for their needs and ensuring the appropriate staff are informed. She goes above and beyond to make sure every resident feels heard and supported.

Her hospitality is unmatched — she’s often the first to say “hello” in the morning and always makes others feel included. Amy adapts gracefully to any situation, offering calm and positivity in everything she does.

Our “I Trust My Resident” game had us all cracking up! Staff bravely sat still while our residents took aim—placing cups on their heads with precision and a whole lot of laughter.

(don’t worry—no staff were harmed in the making of this game 😉).
