STUDENTS!! You still get 50% off. Just email or DM us and we’ll add your tag to your profile.

Mariposa friends, once you’ve added your card on file, email or DM us so we can add your passes.

You can now add your preferred pronouns to your profile 💛

A few reminders! If you’re unable to attend your booked class, please cancel at least 2 hours before class. Late cancels + no shows = $10 free (we love you, but we mean it)

Daylight savings hit and suddenly we have ✨evening energy✨ again

A tiny lil schedule update:
👏 Fridays are staying exactly where they belong… 9am!
💥AND we added a sculpt class thursday at 7pm… so fun you don’t even realize how sore you’ll be in two days

Quick heads up:
We’re switching to a new booking system the first week of April and it’s new for us too so we’re all learning together 🫶

Yoga can feel a little confusing at first.

Our FREE back 2 basics workshop is here to break it all down!
March 21st from 10:30am-12

What does “half lift” mean?
Where are your feet supposed to go in warrior?
Why does everyone look calm in downward dog except you?

We’ll go over foundational poses, breathing, and simple modifications so you can walk into any class feeling more confident.

No flexibility required
No experience needed
Just curiosity 💛

I am from Highlands Ranch, Colorado and fell in love with yoga and pilates during my time in college at the University of North Dakota! I graduated in May 2025 and moved to Ellensburg shortly after. I’m excited to share my love for yoga sculpt with everyone!

Fun fact: I am a flight instructor for Central Washington University in town!

Closing out the year with full hearts 🤍

We’re taking a few days to rest and reset, and feeling so grateful for every person who supported this studio, our teachers, and each other this year. Thank you for supporting small and making this little yoga studio what it is.

We’re very excited about this one 🤍
Join us Saturday, Jan. 24 as we welcome Angela DiMario to the studio for a full afternoon of thoughtful movement, connection, and care.

Angela will be offering two special workshops, each created to support the body where it’s at.
A heart opening workshop focused on safe prep for backbends, shoulder opening, and easing tension, built to help you feel strong, open, and supported. All levels welcome!
A gentle Mom and Baby Yoga and Pilates workshop centered on postpartum recovery, community, and connection, with space to move, share, and simply be.

Both workshops are welcoming, accessible, and taught with so much intention. Whether you’re craving a deeper physical practice or a softer space to reconnect, this is such a sweet way to spend your Saturday.
