Our leadership team recently stepped away for our annual retreat to reflect, plan, and align on the growth of our vocational firm. Together, we set our yearly and long-term goals, mapped out key quarterly projects, and focused on how we can best support our incredible team.

All Heights Welcome! 📏✨

Watch our shortest counselor and our tallest counselor head out to the parking lot like it’s just another normal day… 🚶‍♂️🚶‍♂️ adjusting seats, moving steering wheels, claiming their company cars like pros. 🚗😎

But then—plot twist. 🎬👀

The short counselor hops into the tall counselor’s car and suddenly it’s a full leg workout 🦵🔥 just trying to reach the pedals. Toes pointed 🩰, seat scooted allll the way up ⬆️, steering wheel basically in another zip code. 🗺️😅

Meanwhile, the tall counselor walks up to the short counselor’s car and just… pauses. 🤔🚗 Reflects. Reconsiders life choices. Mentally measures his femurs. 📏😂

He gets in eventually—but let’s just say it’s less “company vehicle” and more “clown car energy.” 🤡🚘

Moral of the story: same mission, different dimensions. 📐💼
