A Fall Favorite Made Healthier! 🍠
Sweet potato casserole is a holiday staple, but it’s often loaded with sugar. We gave it a healthier twist using apple cider and unsweetened applesauce as natural sweeteners, no added sugar, all the flavor!

Sweet potatoes are full of vitamin A, fiber, and potassium, making this dish a smart and satisfying option this season.

Check out the full recipe from your Aylo Health team on our blog, and follow us for more tips that support a healthier (and still delicious!) holiday season.

Feeling congested or dealing with sinus pressure that won’t go away?
Family Nurse Practitioner, Jason Caudell shares what you need to know about sinusitis — a common cause of fall and winter discomfort.

Here’s the breakdown:
✔️ Sinusitis is inflammation in the sinuses, often triggered by colds or allergies
✔️You may feel pressure, congestion, and trouble breathing
✔️At-home relief includes saline rinses, neti pots, and nasal sprays

If symptoms last over 10 days, keep coming back, or include a fever — it's time to see your provider.

Feeling under the weather this fall? 🍂🤧

It can be tough to tell the difference between a cold, the flu, or seasonal allergies.
Dr. Shah is here to give us some quick clues:
✔️ Allergies: Itchy eyes, sneezing, no fever
✔️ Cold: Stuffy nose, mild fatigue
✔️ Flu: High fever, body aches, sudden onset

Allergies respond well to antihistamines, but if it’s the flu or a cold, you’ll need a different plan.

When in doubt, check in with your provider and get the right care.
