Dear Valued Patients,

Over the next 2 weeks we will be transitioning to a new lab provider for the in-office lab services we provide at Ellicott City Primary Care. We hope there will not be much interruption in the lab services, but to avoid any inconveniences we are asking that you call the office prior to coming in from Monday, April 3rd until Friday, April 14th.
We appreciate your patience and look forward to seeing you as always, and wish everyone a Happy Passover and Happy Easter!

The office staff and providers at Ellicott City Primary Care are wishing all of our patients a very happy, healthy and peaceful holiday season and new year.

We also want to take this opportunity to remind you that in order for us to spend a bit of time with our families the office will be closed on Monday, 12/26/22, in observance of Christmas, and on Monday, 1/2/23, in observance of New Years. We look forward to seeing you in the new year!

As well, there has been a new directive in health care that all patients will receive their results, currently from the labs and soon to be from the radiology centers. Please know that our standard of care and commitment to our patients has not changed. As always, we will contact you with results as soon as we have reviewed them and generally within a week if not sooner. Please feel free to contact us if you have any concerns or if you have not heard from us within that week.

As we move into the holiday season, Dr. Curtis would like to afford the staff some time with their family and friends. With that in mind, the office will be turning off the phones at 1 PM on Wednesday, November 23rd, and the office will be closed November 24th and 25th for the Thanksgiving holiday.

You will, as always, have access to our 24-hour nursing line, and if needed, the provider on call is available.

Flu shots have arrived!

Please be advised we are asking patients to call the office (410) 862- 8860 and schedule an appointment for flu shots Mon-Thurs, but on Fridays we are taking patients on a walk-in basis for shots.

We look forward to seeing everyone, and I suggest flu shots early this season!

Also, a reminder that Jackie Tozaki, NP, has joined us at Ellicott City Primary Care, LLC, and we are excited to have her here!

We are able to accommodate your same day needs more easily, and Jackie is currently available every Friday at the office.
