1. Patients with a personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma.
2. Hypersensitivity: If an individual is hypersensitive or allergic to tirzepatide or any of its ingredients, they should not take this medication.
3. Patients with Pancreatitis.
4. Patients with Severe Gastrointestinal Disease.
5. Patients with a history of MEN 2 (multiple endocrine neoplasia syndrome type-2) should also avoid tirzepatide.

**It is essential to discuss any medical history, current medications, and other health conditions with a healthcare provider to determine if Tirzepatide is appropriate**

Who is eligible to take Tirzepatide:
If you have a body mass index (BMI) of at least 30. Or if you have a BMI of at least 27 and you have one or more weight-related health conditions, such as diabetes, sleep apnea, or high cholesterol, you may be a good candidate.
