Know someone who would benefit from Toddler or Baby yoga!? These classes give caregivers time to explore mindful practices while socializing with others. The toddler class is best for ages 1-4. Baby yoga is for 6 weeks - crawling or 1 year old.

Kate is teaching FREE Prenatal Yoga in Bethesda, MD this Sunday August 18 to kick off our new classes! Oasis PT & Pelvic Health 10-11:15am.

Pregnancy Yoga is ideal for all trimesters. Students will learn to manage common discomforts and relax with other birthers.
