In three weeks I’ll be teaching for the Association for Hanna Somatic Education, Inc.at their online conference, a topic I’m passionate about- Bringing Hanna Somatics into the Pilates Classroom.

You’ll learn how to feel the sticky bits and begin to change them, and have a free, available any time, no tools or props needed, skill to recalibrate your body and heal your pain WHILE working out.
