With over twenty years of experience, Pam is a well known and highly respected healthcare consultant. Pam has implemented and supported both large scale clinical systems for multi-hospital facilities and independent laboratories, as well as serving the unique needs of the smaller community hospitals. Pam’s clinical experience, application skills and industry knowledge allow her to support a wide range of products and clients. Her passion for her clients and their needs results in exceptional client relationships, outstanding service and strong team dynamics.
Pam received a BS in biochemistry and obtained her Medical Technologist license. She gained her clinical experience while working for LabCorp, where she worked as a medical technologist, clinical supervisor, database manager, and special projects manager. Pam then worked for ten years for Cerner Corporation, a leader in clinical IT systems. She implemented a variety of clinical systems, and was promoted repeatedly, ultimately to a manager in her division of the organization. While working for Cerner Corporation, Pam received numerous awards for outstanding client service, leadership and project accomplishments. Pam’s passion for people and service drove her to partner with Ed to create NuEyes Venture.
NuEyes Venture is the culmination of her vision and is aligned with her passion for her life’s work. As a driving force for the company, Pam is firmly in place to architect the mission and image for her values within the healthcare industry. She takes pride in being an advocate for the clients, the patients and their communities. Outside of Pam’s professional goals, she has continued to expand her path of service by gaining knowledge in the areas of hospice care, alternative energy medicine and death midwifery. In addition to these pursuits, Pam has formed a Non-Profit organization to help abused woman gain asylum relief and receive healthcare and social services. This has allowed her to work with organizations such as Doctors without Borders and Physicians for Human Rights. Moving forward, Pam hopes to work with healthcare leaders to create a dynamic, achievable vision for the future of healthcare and our communities, both within the structure of NuEyes Venture, LLC as well as outside nonprofit organizations. NuEyes, through Pam’s leadership, is a corporate sponsor of Whitewinds Emergence, a nonprofit organization that supports the teaching of the healing arts through the use of energy medicine.
