Position Title: Practice Manager

POSITION OVERVIEW
We are currently seeking an experienced, upbeat and highly organized Practice Manager to oversee the daily operations of our plastic surgery office and med spa. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring operational excellence, driving revenue growth, and maintaining the highest standards of patient care and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the practice, including clinical and administrative functions
• Lead, train, and manage front desk, clinical, and med spa staff
• Optimize scheduling, patient flow, and overall office efficiency
• Monitor financial performance, budgets, and key performance indicators
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and office policies
• Collaborate with providers to support patient care and business growth
• Handle patient concerns with professionalism and discretion
• Develop and implement marketing and patient retention strategies
Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience in practice management, preferably in plastic surgery, dermatology, or med spa setting
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Experience with EMR systems and practice management software
• Knowledge of medical aesthetics services and procedures preferred
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Business insight with a focus on growth and patient satisfaction
