Dear Participants,

We wanted to inform you that the Maryland Dental Hygienists’ Association Annual Session has been rescheduled. The event will now take place on Friday, December 5, and Saturday, December 6, 2025. Registration link will be available mid October!

This decision was made thoughtfully by our president and board members. With several other dental conferences and events also scheduled for October 24–25, we wanted to ensure that our members, speakers, and sponsors would not have to choose between opportunities. By moving our session to December, we hope to provide everyone the chance to participate fully in all events that matter to them.

Please note that the hotel location remains the same, and discounted room rates have already been secured for the new dates.

To thank you for your understanding and flexibility, we are pleased to offer our members a complimentary 1.5-hour CE course on Monday, October 27, 2025, at 7:00 PM. For non members this CE will only cost $15. This will be a virtual session, giving all members the opportunity to join from anywhere.

We appreciate your understanding and flexibility as we make this adjustment to better serve our members and community. We look forward to seeing you in December for a valuable and engaging Annual Session.
