She’s not your typical fitness coach—and that’s exactly the point. Alanna’s coaching style was built through years of high-level competition, relentless discipline, and a deep respect for what the human body can do when trained with purpose.

She represented Team USA at the WKA World Championships in Thailand, earning two gold medals, and later competed professionally in Mixed Martial Arts, finishing her career undefeated with both wins by TKO. She also stepped into bare-knuckle Kyokushin Karate—one of the toughest combat disciplines in the world—and earned multiple podium finishes.

Today, Alanna brings that same championship mindset to every session—breaking down technique, building real strength, and helping people train with confidence.

Your 3-minute desk reset is here. 🪑⚡️

Stuck at your desk? Do this routine every 2-3 hours to stay mobile and crush that mid-day stiffness.

The Routine:
✅ Seated Spinal Twist (1 min): Sit tall and gently twist to each side to release mid-back tension.
✅ Shoulder Blade Squeezes (30s): Squeeze back like you’re holding a pencil between your blades. Repeat 5-6 times.
✅ Neck Stretches (1 min): Slowly tilt your head side-to-side, then look up and down to drop tension.
✅ Seated Hip Flexor Stretch (30s): Scoot to the edge, extend one leg back, and press your hips forward.

Pro-Tip: Set a timer on your phone for every 2 hours. Even this brief reset makes a huge difference by the end of the day!
