We had our first house guest this weekend- the lovely JoAnna! Will you get tired of seeing pics of this waterfall every week? I won't.

I cooked chili on the woodstove and baked some cinnamon rolls in the toaster oven since we don't have a working oven. Who needs one anyway?

We have neighbors stopping in every day to check on our progress and offer help. Dustin spent a good bit of time knocking down drywall with the help of a neighbor completely gutting the back bedroom that has water damage. Basically- we are both in our element; me filling bellies and he making sure the whole house is warm and everyone in it happy.

It's the simple things ... 🙃
