If you are a high school senior with disabilities, or know someone who is, and your goal is competitive employment, you may apply for a one-year internship with us! The program is conducted in a workplace setting where you can acquire marketable work skills.

Since 1961, The Arc of Howard County has been empowering people with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live, work, and thrive in our community. We started as a group of families of people with IDD, who believed there must be a better way. There is! We have been growing strong ever since.

Next year marks our 65th anniversary. and we're setting a goal of $65,000. Join us! Every gift helps us continue this important work and build a future where everyone belongs.
