Massage Therapy is now being offered inside of Pink Fitness!!!!

Just a long overdue update for all my clients....I am now at 8 North Square, right above the North Star Emporium in downtown Ellijay. Hours are by appointment only at this time so just give me a call at 706-669-4581 to set up a massage to get you through the holiday season :) Gift certificates are also available. For anyone interested, I will be teaching a level 1 Qigong class on Wednesday mornings at 10. The classes are at the Pickens Community Center in Roper Park & are $8/per person. Call me for more information!!

Forget Me Knots will be closed tomorrow, as I'll be over at Clear Creek off of Yukon for the Special Olympics. It's going to be a beautiful day...I hope a bunch of you come out to support all the athletes who are participating. I'll be there around 10 am and I'll be handing out some free passes for personal training and yoga classes at Pink Fitness...and coupons for Subway! Get 'em while they last :)
