⚖️ Honoring Former Probate Judge Anita Mullins⚖️

The Gilmer County Sheriff’s Office joins the Gilmer County Probate Court and our community in remembering former Probate Judge Anita Belle Holloway Mullins, who passed away on Wednesday, October 15, 2025, at the age of 75.

Judge Mullins faithfully served as Gilmer County Probate Judge from September 2003 through December 2016, leading with integrity, compassion, and dedication to the citizens of Gilmer County.

Visitation for Judge Mullins will be held on Thursday, October 16, 2025, from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Logan Funeral Home.

Funeral services will follow on Friday, October 17, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. from the Logan Funeral Home Chapel, with interment at the Macedonia Church of Christ Cemetery.

The Gilmer County Probate Court will be closed on Friday, October 17, 2025, to allow staff to attend her funeral services. The office will reopen for regular business hours on Monday, October 20, 2025.

Our deepest condolences go out to the Mullins family, and to all who had the privilege of knowing and working with Judge Mullins.
