Dr May invited me to teach a gentle yoga class for cancer wellness many years ago. To this day, through a winding path of two moves and a pandemic, I still teach a gentle yoga class two afternoons a week but now online through Zoom and Piedmont Cancer Wellness Newnan (Details in Comments)

Our class is adaptive, meaning options are given to accommodate different abilities and can be accessed from home with your phone or computer. Everyone is welcome no matter where you are in your wellness journey. If you’d like more information, feel free to reach out. We’d love to have you join us.
