Teaching Mindful and Accessible Movement Through her personal yoga practice, Linda began integrating the quiet and calmness she discovered on the mat into her daily life. Linda’s belief is that yoga is a healing practice and her intention is to teach her students with compassion and safety. Linda completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training at Samadhi Yoga Studio located in Manchester, CT. Linda is certified in Yin and Yoga Nidra. She also is an Usui Reiki Level Two Practitioner. Linda offers Gentle, Yin , All- Levels, Chair , Yoga Nidra and Restorative Yoga.

This is a 60 minute class that blends the stillness of Yin yoga with the flowing movement of Yang yoga. The class concludes with an extended savasana and a guided meditation.
