Located in the heart of Ellington, Revival Room is your destination for total wellness. We combine one-on-one and group fitness, yoga, meditation, massage therapy, energy work, and health and nutrition coaching to help you feel strong, confident, and energized- inside and out. More than a gym, we are a supportive community designed to inspire growth, restore balance, and elevate your everyday life. We have two locations:
Revival Room Fitness & Wellness located at 100 West Road- for our classes, coaching and training. Revival Room Massage & Wellness located at 106 West Road- for massage therapy and Reiki. We can't wait to connect with you!

Strong women are the ones who build others up instead of tearing each other down.

As a proud woman owned business, building a community of courageous and strong women has been such a freaking gift.
How amazing it is to be around so many women who love inspiring and supporting those around them.

Every woman who walks through the door of this studio makes it an incredible place to be part of.

And to the women (near and far) who stand by me with love and support me throughout this journey, I couldn’t do it without you. Your friendship, encouragement, and words of wisdom mean the world to me.

The best coaches stay coached. 👊🏼

Even for a highly self motivated coach myself, working with Jon has been so good this last month.

Getting out my routine and comfort zone has been helpful for me to reach new fitness levels and has helped with loaded progression. Which is much easier when you have a spotter 😉.

Not only does having a coach help you stay consistent and accountable, but we look at the world through a different lens and are able to help you train differently than you normally would. We find areas of weakness and help you strengthen them. Plus, it forces you to work harder and develop new skill sets.

10/10 recommend working with Jon!
