Are you looking for something new and challenging? Do you enjoy learning and mastering new skills?
If so, join Coach Jon in this morning class that meets 3 days a week! This class will not only get you stronger and help you build muscle, but it will also improve your mobility and agility.
Sand and steel gets its name from the unique tools that are utilized. Strongman sandbags, kettlebells, and steel clubs/ maces build the foundation of this high intensity class. These classes aren’t just about getting in better shape they’re about acquiring new skills. Jon will guide you through the process of attaining mastery of the kettlebell swing, clean, and snatch, various sand bag lifts, and the basics of steel clubs and maces, as well as traditional weight lifting techniques and equipment.
Sand and Steel will give you functional strength and new skills that will last a lifetime. 🫡
