The clinic will be closed 10/07/24 to 10/14/24. It will reopen 10/15/24. Faxes and messages will be monitored remotely. Urgent issues will be addressed. All other issues will be addressed upon our return.

We are looking for an LPN for part time hours. Hours would be Mon through Thurs. 5:30pm to 8:00pm. There may be an occasional Sat morning 8am to noon.
