Beach vacation with the squad ☀️

Today we visited the Chai Lai Orchid Elephant Sanctuary (deep in the jungle of Thailand) and learned about the rescued elephants, saved from riding camps and hard labor.

We fed, bathed, and spent time with them, even trying to give them medicine. They are strong too, nearly pushed me over with their trunk a few times!

Our guide for the day was from a local tribe in the area. He filled us in on the problems elephants can cause for local farmers. They often break into local farms and eat everything in the village as they eat 300lbs of food daily. He said this happened just 3 days ago in his village.

I was happy to see the elephants treated with such great care and it was a truly unique, once-in-a-lifetime experience.

Today I visited the White & Blue Temples in Chang Rai and these are my takeaways:

The detail in these places are unreal—nothing like I’ve ever seen! The blue temple was built by the students of the artist who made the white temple.

I Saw Buddhist monks praying in these temples. It’s wild to think how much work went into creating such spiritual spots whereas I can barely draw a stick figure…

We also decided to visit the Big Buddha, and it’s honestly the biggest thing I’ve ever seen. No way a picture can capture its massive scale! Completely badass!

1 MILLION SUBSCRIBERS!! 🔥

January 1, 2024, I sat down with my team and told them my goal for the year: 1 million subscribers on YouTube. At the time, I was at 250K. It was a huge goal, but one I believed I could reach. Fast forward to November 29, 2024, and we did it. We hit 1 million.

I’ve been reflecting on this year, and I have a lot of emotions about getting here. One thing I’ve learned is that the path to success isn’t linear, and no one is going to save you or do the work for you. I worked my ass off for this—I didn’t expect a pat on the back or a congratulations. Honestly, I’m proud of myself, and that’s enough. Proving to myself that I’m capable is all I’ve ever cared about.

I love YouTube, I love being a healer, and I love my patients and everyone who supports me on this journey especially my wonderful family. Thank you all!

For 2025, I’ll see you at 2 million. ✌🏻

There’s nothing like coming home to my family after a long day.

When life gets chaotic and stress is running high, they’re the ones who keep me grounded and remind me of what really matters.

These three mean everything to me. From the laughter echoing through the house to the moments of pure chaos that make it feel so alive—just being with them makes everything worth it.

No matter what life throws at me, I’d do anything for these moments, and I wouldn’t trade them for the world.
