Jeffrey Edison, a museum educator with St. Louis County Parks and Recreation, kicked off our new continuing education series with a St. Louis-based lecture titled How The River Made The City.  We sat spellbound as he wove stories of our city's fascinating history. Thank you, Mr. Edison!

On Wednesday, we celebrated our March birthdays with a great performance by vocalist Lamar Pilsing. ⭐️The truly magical moment occurred when two friends were so moved by the music that they got up and started dancing. The crowd was both thrilled and awed to share in that moment.💗

A huge thank you to the St. Louis Dance Theater, who shared their talent with us on Monday, March 9. The only thing as wonderful as their dancing was their kindness after the performance as they talked with each audience member. What gracious performers!

Yarn Club is seeking donations, particularly of items like latch hooks, plastic embroidery canvas or pre-cut shapes (the kind with the big holes), fleece fabric for no-sew blankets, adaptive knitting hoops, etc. If it is collecting dust in your crafting closet, we will accept it! Thank you!

Had a great turn out for our first Veterans Connection meeting with EverTrue. Going to continue doing this every month. If you are Veteran you are welcome to come and connect with other Veterans. The next meeting date in April TBD right now. I will let you know soon.
