Gallbladder & Liver health are at the epicenter of so many health struggles!
Well that’s about as long as your kid’s Santa list.
It’s longer.
I ran out of room.
Let’s add some more.
Chemical sensitivity, acid reflux (caused by back pressure from liver) and countless medications.
Ladies. You want a big contributor?
From a research paper: a meta-analysis of 26 observational studies found a 36% increase in the development of gallbladder disease among women who were using oral contraceptives compared with those not taking these drugs. Both estrogen and progesterone have been shown to increase the risk of gallstones.
Ugh. Ladies can’t catch a break. All these things contribute to gallbladder issues: Birth control, pregnancy, breastfeeding, fertile, being female.
So, what do you do?
Support your bile production and bile flow with things like beets. Beets are awesome for healthy bile flow. Beet greens are really high in oxalates so careful there.
You may supplement with a formulation I designed called Gallbladder Nutrients. Take 2 capsules with lunch and 2 with dinner. Or take all 4 right before dinner.
I take them whenever I remember. My wife has her routine before dinner.
Side effects may include better mood, less bloating, improved sleep, memorable bowel movements, better shoulder mobility and disappearing right sided back tightness to name a few.
Share your story below how Gallbladder Nutrients is helping you. It certainly is helping me and my wife.

No gallbladder? You still need to support healthy bile production and bile flow.
Breastfeeding ladies may use Gallbladder Nutrients.
Pregnant? You should use Optimal PC to support your bile production and flow. And your baby will appreciate the PC too. It’s an essential nutrient during pregnancy.
