I didn’t feel like choosing something honestly😅

Anyways…

Had limited time today but got it in!

Started with doing 5 Seated OHP every minute for 10 minutes

Then did 3 Rounds as fast as I could of…
6 SA DB American Swings/Hang Sn**ch (probably more of a swing)
9 Goblet Squats
12 Burpees

Probably only 20 mins total of time for a great workout.

Be intentional and focused with the time you have.

Don’t complicate it.

Now time to treat patients!🫡
