Are you getting reminders for your appointment from your Google event calendar with the wrong time ? This is because your Google calendar time zone setting is off. Unfortunately, this has nothing to do with Massage book scheduler that I use. And can sometimes be confusing. I hope this helps and gives some clarification

Raise your hand if you’ve fallen asleep in my office? 🙋‍♀️
It’s something that happens often and has caught many people by surprise.
Allowing yourself time to rest, is one of the best things you can do for your body and mind.
Many of my clients ask, what can they do for stress? And the truth is, Rest. Take time every day to go into yourself, Just like you would on my Massage table. Let go, be quiet and present, Give your body permission to be at ease. In time, it’ll become easier, your mind more quiet. There’s nothing you need to do, and that is the best thing that you can do for stress. Do nothing! ❤️ And if you need a reminder of how to relax, come get a massage and maybe you might even get a nap. 💤

Good morning, Summer is upon us and as with most everyone around this area, we are all busy! Make sure you book ahead for your appointment, as June is already full. Although, if you are one of my regular clients that comes in at least every other week, message me and I can try to fit you in somewhere. Be sure to book for July in advance because I will be gone for 10 days on a tai chi workshop.
We all need a time to relax and give our bodies attention so we can manage our lives with more ease.

Heads up to all my deep tissue clients! When booking online now instead of choosing deep tissue directly, you will choose therapeutic massage and add on deep tissue work.  Hope that makes sense! It seemed like there was too much to choose from so I wanted to make it easier for people.  Cupping,
Myofascial release, trigger point therapy and percussion gun are still included in deep tissue Massage. 💆 ✨💐

My approach to massage therapy is all about listening, listening to what my client needs and wants to focus on and respecting that.

This is not the about the massage I would like to do, this is not about me at all!

Each massage is different. Yes, I can do deep tissue, I do trigger points and cupping. Yes, I do relaxing massage and reiki energy work.
