I received Crystal Singing Bowls for Christmas and several other cool musical gifts that I will be bringing to class this week!

Last night at yoga, I asked Tonya Wise if she thought pigeon pose solved all of life's problems and she responded with "at least half!" I agree and believe the other half is solved by the other poses 🧘🏼‍♀️✨🧘🏼‍♀️✨🧘🏼‍♀️
