Dear Valued Patient,

I’m writing to share some important news about a transition taking place at our practice.

After many fulfilling years of owning and operating the clinic, I have made the decision to sell the practice. Beginning July 1, 2025, Dr. Samantha Johnson will become the new owner of our chiropractic office. Our office will be closed the week of June 30-July 4 as this transition takes place.

Dr. Sam has been an associate at our office for 8 years and I have full confidence in her abilities. I’m excited to see where she takes the practice from here. Please support Dr. Sam with your loyalty as you have supported me over the years.

I want to reassure you that I am not going anywhere. I will continue to provide the same care you’ve come to expect, now as part of Dr. Sam’s team. This transition allows me to focus more on patient care and less on administrative duties, which I believe will benefit both you and me.

There will be no disruption to your care, and all of your records will remain securely with the practice. You’ll continue to see the same friendly faces and receive the same personalized treatment in the same familiar environment.

I am asking that patients clear up any outstanding bills by June 30th before the transition takes place. Our office will be sending out two statements in June to help ensure these balances get taken care of prior to July.

Thank you for your trust and loyalty over the years. It has been a privilege to be part of your health journey, and I look forward to continuing to serve you under this new chapter.
