I’ve hated this woman. 💔 I’ve not loved her at full capacity. 😔 I’ve fed her lies and told her she wasn’t good enough and allowed others to tell her she wasn't good enough too. 😞

I’ve allowed her to be broken. 💔 I've allowed others to treat her disrespectfully. 😠 I didn't nurture her like I should have. 😔 I’ve allowed her to run through brick walls and battle for others who won’t even stand up for her. 😤 She has made many mistakes but learned from each one to become the woman she is now. 💪

I couldn’t stop individuals from abandoning her. 💔 She has shed blood, sweat, and tears and had days she didn't want to be alive because life got so heavy to bear. I’ve seen her still get up and stand to be a light to the world and love others despite all that. ✨

She has stood paralyzed by fear while she fought battles in her mind, heart, and soul. 😟 She's experienced debilitating grief from many losses that made her chest literally fell like it was caving in.

She's faced the darkest depths of many traumas. 💜 She never gave up even though there were many days she thought it was too much pain to bear. She faced it and walked through the fire and stayed clean and sober.

This woman has screwed up many times as a mother, cousin, friend, sister, and leader because she doesn’t always say or do the "right things." 🤷🏽‍♀️ She has secrets. 🤫 She occasionally struggles. 😔 She has scars because she has a history. 🤕 The scars prove she is stronger than whatever tries to defeat or kill her. 💪

Some people love this woman. ❤️ Some like her, and some don't. 🤱🏽 She has done good in her life. 👍 She has done bad in her life. 👎 She is random and sometimes silly. 🤪 She can be too quick to react and has unintentionally hurt people😒. She has tried to change herself to accommodate others. 😔 She will not pretend to be someone she is not. 💪 Not anymore. 🙅‍♀️ She is who she is. 💯

You can love her or not. 💖 But if she loves you, she will do it with her whole heart. 💜 She will go to war for someone she loves. She will make no apologies for the way she is. 💯 This woman is a WARRIOR and a SURVIVOR. 🤸🏽‍♀️ She ’s not perfect, but she always tries her hardest!

Running to me is therapy, meditation, relaxation, and freedom. I still get that feeling we got as kids when we got new sneakers and ran faster! I'm not competing against anyone but myself.

Over the last 2 years, I've been knocked down and ran over so many times. Had many, many dark nights of the soul. I've traversed my deepest fears and pains. Cried so hard I ran out of tears. Prayed on my knees, begging to God for strength. I've been angry, punching at a pillow screaming. Struggling with grief for many losses. My soul was put through a meat grinder. I've done a TON of tough inner work to overcome multiple traumas. There will still be bad days, but I will force myself to face them, now with 11 ½ years clean and 5½ sober. I've stopped beating on myself. I finally feel like my resilient self again.

Things will still be hard occasionally, but I will ALWAYS get back up and work with the blessings I do have! Sweet Willow is my biggest cheerleader. I wish I could take her running, but she can't tolerate the heat. She's my biggest cheerleader. Every time I get back from a run she greets me so happy with a wiggle butt.

If you don't think you can do something, you won't. If you believe and work hard, well, yes, you can! Nothing is more powerful than our Will combined with action and Faith. 🙏🏽🏃🏽‍♀️💫🦿❤️

In 2015 I had a Near Death Experience. I was shown things about my soul path, how the past contributed to my present and what I had to heal to truly move on. I experienced horrific trauma & abuse as a young person. I was given the choice to stay there with my elders and loved ones or come back to follow my soul path and be with my daughters. I was shown a new future for myself I never imagined. I committed to do it right. I then thudded back into my body and woke up hearing the jaws of life sawing me out of my car that was on fire. I had fallen asleep and and hit a tractor trailer head on at 55mph.

I spent the 1st 3 months post accident on my couch healing. I smashed my left lower leg into bits and eventually needed it amputated below knee.That time in isolation eventually became the water and fertilizer to pour over seeds planted in childhood. I had to get from victim to survivor to truly walk my soul path. The paranormal seeds were planted early. I had many experiences with since early childhood like "imaginary friends," that ran through doors, prophetic dreams or "flashes", knowing what people are going to say or do, knowing things there's no way I should know. 10 years I've trained intensively with other Psychic Mediums to try a variety of styles & learn what I'm best at. After extensive practice I've learned to quite accurately channel messages from our loved ones in Spirit, Angels and Ascended Masters. I am a omnist. I believe each religion based on love is just different face or God. I frequently help clients through an often very confusing awakening experience & inner realignment.

I've done the hard work to go from victim, to survivor to empowerer. I will forever be a voice for those taken advantage of by narcissistic abusers.

Before I chose this path I was the owner of a painting company and a single mother of 2 girls. I had to work a LOT to keep a roof over our head. We went without often. Prior to that I was a commercial fitness center manager & self employed Personal Trainer. I never imagined I'd be talking to ghosts while helping people.
