As a Junior at Riverside High School, Addison exemplifies what it means to be a true student-athlete. She is a three-year letterman in both basketball and soccer, and a two-year letterman going into her spring softball season. She has played all three sports for 11+ years, while also participating in three years of volleyball for Riverside, showcasing her versatile and dedicated love for sports.
She has been a contributing member on the soccer field for several years, a three-year starter for the high school as a striker. She received the Hustle Award in the 2025 season, as well as contributing to the team's Section Championship as a co-leading scorer.
After a quiet first two years on the Varsity Basketball team, she finally had a chance to shine as a Co-Captain during the 2026 season. She was a dominant player on the post ending the season with 190 points, 124 rebounds, and over 45 steals. In the words of Coach Frue, Addison is a great leader who works hard and sets the tone for her teammates.
Although she loves each of her sports, softball has always been her definite favorite. An explosive player from the very start, she has dedicated much of her time playing on both rec and travel teams in addition to her success for the school. As a starter for the varsity softball team her freshman year she earned Most Improved Player Award. She carried her dedication into her sophomore year, earning the Defensive Player of the Year Award. After high school, she hopes to continue her softball career at the college level.
Academically and as the president of the 2027 Class, she is a High Honor Roll student, and a member of NHS. She's been committed to several clubs, including Student Council, TRI-M Honors Society, and the Teen Leadership Club.
She enjoys her summer job at Geneva College as a member of the Grounds Crew. She considers herself a dedicated nerd, with her vivacious love for reading, movies and music. She is also a 4-year cast member of Riverside's musical and involved in her church's youth group.
