Reiki is for EVERYONE. Our bodies need more than just physical maintenance, reiki can truly help you balance and restore your energy flow internally and externally as well. My time is just as valuable as yours. As a small business, and in this industry, these types of cancellations can financially have a negative impact on us and our schedules. PLEASE be mindful when cancelling or rescheduling your appointments.

Closing out 2025 in gratitude and love.
It was personally and professionally a VERY difficult and transformative year full of GROWTH!
Being in my new space, and working side by side one of my best friends is SUCH a blessing and I am SO proud of me and Alex 🥲❤️
Sending out SO MUCH good energy as we all walk into a new year, and a new chapter of our lives.
I’m SO grateful to be wrapping up another year as a Massage Therapist and as A Rooted Touch. Thank you to everyone who supports me, and chooses me on their healing journey. I pray that 2026 brings us all an abundance of peace, prosperity, love, growth, and healing.

Thank you EVERYONE who donated, there are families that truly will be so happy to receive the food and clothing items we collected over the last few weeks. All of the items will be brought to the pantry/clothing drop off Monday morning and I know that all who receive these donations will be so grateful. Definitely going to do this every year!
