💡Our Tuesday Tip to Stress Less & Align More! 💪

❄️Since Holiday stress can create so much muscle tension that pulls your spine out of alignment, we want to provide something simple that you can do to calm your nervous system.

💡Taking just 3 slow and really deep breaths can calm your nervous system. Do this at least once every hour.
Inhale slowly through your nose and fill your belly as much as possible with your breath. Exhale slowly out through your mouth really pushing that breath out to empty the belly as much as possible. Taking just those 3 breaths can calm your nervous system within 30-60 seconds. You're welcome😊
