Pink Lotus Yoga is a locally-owned yoga studio serving clients in the Swedesboro area. Our mission is to provide a well-rounded, individualized approach to fitness, wellness, stress reduction, and relaxation. Our outdoor Yoga at The Winery series begins April 21st with an Earth Day inspired vinyasa class!

Class takes place amongst the wines at the beautiful !

We’ll begin practice at 6:00p and wrap up at 7:00p just in time for the start of open mic night. Make sure to set your table reservation so you can enjoy a glass of wine, some tunes, and fun times with friends.

Come join us for a fun, laid back hour of goat yoga instructed by Marghi!

The class will be held at Little Lamb Apothecary and include the goats that reside there. Whether you're a regular, or first-timer, this class is for all skill levels. The first 15 minutes of class, you'll be able to socialize with the goats and meet your instructor, followed by a 60 minute class.

Please bring a yoga mat and/or towel. Keep in mind that you will be at a farm, and you may get dirty.

We're linking arms with another local wellness business!!!

I'm so excited to announce that beginning Tuesday, March 22nd, we'll be rollin' out our mats at Sunshine Nutrition in Woodstown!

This class is for the person new to yoga or the more advanced practitioner. This multi-level class will wake you and your body with an energizing flow, pranayama, and meditation. A great way to start your day, warming up your muscles and your mind to create an intention to live a mindful, purposeful day.

We will be collecting at The Barn in Elmer (20 N. Main St. Elmer, NJ) tonight until 9:30pm

Saturday: 6:00p-9:00p
Sunday: 9:00a-2:00p

As many of you know, Mullica Hill was hit hard by the tornado last night. We’re thinking of all of those impacted and sending our love to those families.

There is an immediate need for support and we’re calling on our community to help.

We’ll be at The Barn in Elmer tonight to accept donations for those in need.

Diapers size 2
Baby wipes
Toiletries
Pet supplies
Boxes and bins
School supplies
Blankets
Gift cards
Similac pro-sensitive formula
Pillows
Water bottles
Girls clothes sizes: 3T/4T, 8, 10-12
Boys clothes sizes: 4T/5T, 11 shoes
Infant girls: 3-6 months
Women’s clothes: S/M/L
Men’s clothes: L/XL
