Recently, our ALC team brought a little extra light to Brookfield Zoo by participating once again in their community tree program. Our tree is ornamented in red and silver, adorned with cardinals.

Many believe that cardinals represent departed loved ones visiting us, bringing comfort and connection when we need it most. For our team, who walks alongside patients and families through some of life's most tender moments, this symbol holds deep meaning.

Caring for our community goes beyond the homes we visit and the patients we serve. It's about being present, contributing beauty, and honoring the memories of those we've cared for.

If you visit Brookfield Zoo this season, look for our tree and know that ALC was there, bringing care, kindness, and remembrance to our community. You can find our tree on the south side of the big fountain in the center of the zoo. Please stop by!

Today is World Kindness Day, and at ALC Health Care Services, it's not just a day, it's our foundation.

ALC stands for A Loving Company. It's right there in our name, because we believe healthcare without kindness is just maintenance. Our patients and their families don't need mechanics, they need compassionate caregivers who bring warmth into their homes along with expert care.

Every visit, every treatment, every conversation is an opportunity to show that we see the person, not just the diagnosis. That's the difference between healthcare and healthcare.

It was such an honor to observe Veteran's Day at Emerald Place Memory Care today. There was music, singing, good food, and a wonderful time with those to whom we owe so much.

Yesterday was a Double Celebration at ALC Health Care Services!

We kicked off with a Boss's Day celebration, honoring our incredible leaders – from our CEO to managers across the organization – for the outstanding work they do every day on behalf of our staff, patients, and healthcare partners. Thank you for your dedication and guidance!

Then it was time to heat things up with our office Chili Cook-Off! Seven unique recipes, seven talented cooks, and one blind tasting later... the votes are in, and our CEO Tony takes home the trophy!

Thank you to all our participants who brought their culinary talents and made this such a delicious and memorable event. Days like this remind us why our team is so special.

Happy Boss's Day to our CEO Tony!
The ALC staff decided to show our appreciation by making sure his office matches his leadership style – because the future looks BRIGHT with him in charge!

We wrapped his entire office in foil! His desk, his chair, computer, monitors, pens, an umbrella, and even the couch pillows got the aluminum treatment. But nothing can FOIL this guy's plans, and clearly he's got everything all WRAPPED UP around here!

We tried to reflect on how much we appreciate his leadership, but turns out the best way to show it was with a little aluminum humor! Thanks for being a boss who can roll with anything – even when your whole office looks like a baked potato!
