Spending time outdoors connects us to nature and can reduce stress. In Japan, they use the practice of “Shinrin-Yoku” or “forest bathing” as a means to de-stress and boost their overall health and well-being. Forest bathing is simply spending time in the forest to reap its many health benefits.
