We are so excited to welcome Cassie back to Ahimsa Yoga Studio in Elmhurst! ✨

Cassie has been teaching yoga since 2015 and is a 500 CYT with additional certifications in psychologically sensitive yoga, kids yoga, and was recently certified as a yoga therapist through Breathing Deeply Yoga Therapy school. She is a busy mom of three with two fur babies.

We are thrilled to welcome Emma to Ahimsa Yoga Studio in Evanston! 🍁🍃🍁

New class! Starting October 5th🌱 Sunday 6-7pm Yin Yoga 🔆

Emma initially began practicing yoga to feel grounded while traveling regularly for work. After years of focusing on Yang practices that build strength, stamina and stability, she was drawn to the Yin — a more internal, passive and slower practice. While exploring the flow of Qi along the meridians in the body, she experienced the physical and emotional benefits of the Yin practice…and became hooked! As a student of Tibetan Buddhism as well, she draws inspiration from her meditation practice, and begins each class with breathwork to lay the foundation.

Come slow down, turn inward, and hit the reset button.
