My passion for Health & Wellness was birthed out of the discovery that Vitamins and Minerals made me feel better. I was the sickest out of 5 children. I attended a Health seminar one evening and learned that nutrients were building blocks for the physical body. It has now been 44 years since that time, and I am still sharing the same concepts of nutrients being our building blocks. Today, after having great mentors along life's journey, and an educational background to be proud of, I continually help people find their way back to health & wellness.
