Arnot Health provides a Nurse Residency Program for all graduate nurses and those who have been in the field less than a year. The program offers support, mentorship, and advanced training to new nurses. Nurse leaders interact with the students as they learn how a hospital works in the day-to-day of taking care of patients, along with specialized skills. At the end of the year, teams identify, research, and plan solving problems in the healthcare setting. All the presentations were super, and we are proud to say congratulations to the following, now experienced, nurses:

Anybody thinking of causing trouble at Taylor Health Center is warned; they got some sharpshooters in there! Residents went "duck hunting" and, as you can see, the concentration was intense, with bragging rights going to the top guns.
