ICYMI, The Chautauqua Center, Inc. (TCC Health) has taken over some services at the Able2 location at 1118 Charles Street in Elmira. The location is designated as a Federally Qualified Health Center and we are currently ONLY providing dental services there. 🦷🦷🦷 Our great adult primary and OBGYN care will continue to be located at 1005 Walnut Street.
